Honey-Buzzard (European Honey-Buzzard) Pernis apivorus

A rare breeding bird in England and scarce passage migrant. It's much commoner on the Continent but in Malawi where the first set of photos were taken it's a scarce winter visitor from the Palaearctic. This individual was one of the earliest records ever in Malawi.
